OTT acts only as a listing and connection platform for brands and influencers. It is not responsible for payment disputes, campaign outcomes, or any communications done outside the platform. All collaborations are handled independently by users, except when OTT Secure Payment is used.
Brands must provide clear and honest campaign details, communicate professionally, and pay influencers on time. They should avoid misleading expectations, and any disputes must be resolved directly with influencers unless OTT Secure Payment is used.
OTT is not responsible for payments, refunds, or financial disputes unless the collaboration uses OTT Secure Payment, an optional service designed to protect both parties.
For non-secure payments, OTT holds no liability for delays, discrepancies, or failures.
OTT prohibits fake or duplicate profiles, artificial or purchased engagement, abusive or unprofessional behavior, and any misuse of user data. Violations can result in suspension or permanent account termination. OTT's liability is limited regarding user actions and misconduct.
OTT is not responsible for losses, damages, disputes, technical issues, or incorrect information provided by users. All users are fully accountable for their own actions, decisions, and collaboration outcomes.
OTT may suspend or terminate accounts that violate its terms, engage in prohibited behavior, provide false information, or cause harm to the platform or users. Terminated users may permanently lose access to their data and activity on OTT.
